Partner Event: Critical Habitats for Climate Change: Why Riparian and Wetland Areas are so Important for Plant and Wildlife Diversity

Join IATC and Dan Hintz from the City of Issaquah on a guided hike along Pickering Reach to explore how riparian areas and wetlands are critical habitats for plant and wildlife diversity in the face of a rapidly changing climate.

This hike will focus on the City of Issaquah’s efforts to conserve and restore riparian habitat to support threatened salmon populations and a wide array of plant species and other wildlife that rely on these vital habitats along our rivers and lakeshores.

Registration is required. No pets allowed.
