Mini-Rangers (ages 2-5 with an adult) on Saturdays at 10:30 a.m.

Mini Rangers is an interactive program for children ages 2-5 accompanied by an adult(s). During each program children will explore interactive nature-based stations, listen to stories, and participate in educational activities and crafts while discovering the park. Mini Ranger programs last for about 60 minutes with a different focus each week. Refer to the schedule below for more details. Plan to meet park staff at Sunset Beach Bathhouse, dress appropriately for the weather, and bring snacks if needed. July 1st = Colors in Nature July 8th = Hug a Tree July 15th = Wild Wetlands July 22nd = Animal Investigators No program on July 29 August 5th = Creatures that Fly August 19th = Animal Olympics August 26th = I’m a Junior Ranger A Discover Pass is required for park entrance though there is no additional cost for park programs. Explore animal adaptations and discover the unique ways they survive. Dress appropriately for weather conditions and expect to be outside for the duration of the program.
