Conservation Challenge -Take a Hike!

This is the perfect time of year to get out and appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds us.

All of the wonderful trails on the Eastside allow our community to explore and appreciate an abundance of wild places.

Start exploring at Lake Sammamish State Park! Check out the multiple trails on site and keep an eye out for wildlife and birds. Dogs are allowed in the park but they must be on leash at all times The park also has acres of lush forests, wetland vegetation, and beautiful views along the waterfront of Lake Sammamish. Visitors can also head onto the lake for recreational water activities such as: boating, kayaking, swimming and fishing.

When you are done exploring the park, check out some other great hikes here.

Send photos of your adventures to director@flssp.org and we will share on social media.
