Thank You for Joining FLSSP at Walk n’ Wag 2024

Thank you for joining us on May 4th for our amazing 8th annual Walk n’ Wag event. We had over 150 tail wagging friends and over 400 two legged companions celebrate with us this past weekend. We are so grateful for our community who joined us in celebrating and supporting this wonderful park. Your support and contributions help FLSSP meet our mission to enhance, protect and promote Lake Sammamish State Park.

We also have various volunteer opportunities to help keep our park clean, maintain garden beds, or help make future FLSSP events even better. Please consider filling out our volunteer interest form.

All proceeds from our community events go toward the FLSSP general fund to support community programming, projects, and amenities at Lake Sammamish State Park. Over the course of last year, proceeds from our FLSSP hosted events helped FLSSP restore 2.5 acres of the park, plant over over 150 native trees and shrubs, replace 8 large shade trees throughout the park, and much more.
