Docent Training Begins in March 2017 Would you like to help the rangers or the park naturalist with environmental education programs? There are many opportunities to work with students at the park during the school year and also to have fun in nature with kids and families in the summer.

We have moved the training to March so that the new naturalist will be available to meet and work with the volunteers. We hope to kick-off 2017 interpretive programs with events on Earth Day in the park on April 22.

Ranger Rick Oakley will guide the training. Nominal cost for materials yet to be determined.

Contact director@flssp.org for more information or to put your name on the 'interested' list.
