Audubon Society Birdwalk

Lake Sammamish State Park offers a wide assortment of birds and habitats in its varied ecosystems. The next bird walk is on October 5  from 8am-12pm.  It can be an enjoyable walk for teens as well as adults. Dress appropriately (rainproof in layers; some of the trails can be very muddy if wet).

We meet at the main entrance from NW Sammamish Road on the south end of the lake. Inside the main entrance, take the first left into the large parking lot and meet at the northeast end.

Walk is free. A Discover Pass is required to park. (Available at discoverpass.wa.gov, sporting goods stores, or Lake Sammamish State Park office.)

No pre-registration required. Co-leaders: Sharon Aagaard (425-891-3460) and Stan Wood.
