Standup for the Cure is building a compassionate, empathetic, nationwide community to foster a healthy lifestyle while raising money for early breast cancer detection, treatment, and education. 

Come out to Lake Sammamish State Park on August 25th for Stand Up for the Cure Seattle and make an impact in your community. All proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen Puget Sound.

This festival-style event includes instructor-led demos and clinics, live music, happy hour, and lunch. Paddlers of all levels and all ages are welcome. Participants that are new to paddling can learn alongside other beginners or attend the event as a "dry-foot" participant. 

Since 2012 Stand Up for the Cure has been providing free breast cancer screenings while uniting paddlers, fitness enthusiasts, yoga practitioners, medical professionals and the breast cancer community from California to Florida and Michigan to Washington in an effort to save lives.  To register visit  Standup for the Cure Seattle .
