SPORTS MEDICINE COMBINE

Ever wonder whether to use ice or heat on your aching muscles?  How about that knee that’s been bugging you during your basketball game? What exactly are the signs and symptoms of a concussion? What do you do if you are injured while out hiking?

Please join the City of Issaquah on July 13th for the first Issaquah Sports Medicine Combine at Lake Sammamish State Park. Sports Medicine professionals will gather from across the region to host classes and activities, free to the public.  Represented will be medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, nurses, trainers, exercise specialists and other sports professionals. Classes will be on-going and offered throughout the day! Learn more at Issaquah Sports Medicine Combine and to stay up-to-date on updates for the event, follow along on Facebook.

Reminder: admission to Lake Sammamish State Park requires an annual state parks Discover Pass or $10 daily pass.
