We are hosting another landscaping & gardening session open to volunteers on Sunday, May 23. The work consists of weeding, removing invasive species and planting. The first shift begins at 10:30 and is over at 12:30pm and the second shift begins at 1:00pm and is over at 3pm.

To comply with COVID regulations, we have scheduled two shifts. We can accommodate 12 volunteers per each two-hour shift .Refreshments and tools provided.

All activities will be held in accordance with King County and Washington State COVID regulations.

Location: All-Access Playground/Other sites in the park (Meet at all access playground)

How to be prepared:

For safety, volunteers are required to wear:

• Long pants made of sturdy material

• Sturdy, close-toed shoes

• Gloves

• mask

In addition, we recommend that participants bring:

• Warm layers, especially during the fall, winter, and spring

• Rain gear

• Big sack lunch

• Long-sleeved shirt

• At least one full water bottle
