Thank You for Giving Big to FLSSP

Thank you to all the generous donors that gave toward Friends of Lake Samammish State Park during our GiveBIG campaign. With your help we raised $2745.00 and with our generous match donation of $2000 we were able to reach just over half-way to our goal of $8,000.

Your generosity will be felt throughout the park as we launch into the summer season. With your donation Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park can continue to host restoration events throughout the park, launch a new initiative to pick up litter and properly recycle after busy summer weekends, add to our Park Improvement Fund to purchase new shade trees, kitchen shelter amenities and reader board, continue to advocate for improved trail access through plan updates, and host popular family events.

It is not too late to donate to support Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park. We still have more to do! Please help us continue our work by giving to FLSSP Sustaining Funds. Your $100 gift will allow FLSSP to sponsor a speaker for a nature walk in the park or contribute to mulch for our rain garden restoration project.

Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park is celebrating 10 years supporting, promoting and enhancing the beautiful Lake Sammamish State Park. Help us continue toward our $8,000 goal to support our ongoing efforts to restore fish and wildlife habitat, build accessible trails, and provide fun and educational events for our community.
