Thank You for Supporting Walk ‘n Wag 2023

Wow, what a wonderful 7th annual Walk ‘n Wag event! Thank you to everyone who joined us for the day and showed your support for Lake Sammamish State Park. We had a wonderful turnout with over 300 people and 150 dogs who strolled along our 3 K walk and showcased incredible talents. The exhibits from Rainier Agility, Seattle Fly Dog, and KC Search and Rescue were crowd pleasers with dogs racing each other to the finish and showing off skills. We watched this all while listening to the music of Tinkham Road and station stylings from Warm 106.9.

The 7th Annual Walk ‘n Wag would not be possible without our generous sponsors Alpine Animal Hospital, Michael’s Subaru of Bellevue, Banner Bank, and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Thank you for your sponsorship of this event.    

We also want to thank all the wonderful vendors who came out to the park to show your doggie ware and supplies and to provide incredible food for our guests. We know that everyone enjoyed visiting the booths and talking with you all.

This event was also supported by many volunteers who helped us plan and execute the event behind the scenes. It takes a lot of people to pull this off and without you the event could not have happened. Your generous donation of time is very much appreciated.  

All the proceeds from the Walk ‘n Wag event will go toward projects supporting Lake Sammamish State Park. Thank you for your support!
